Personal project Taxonomy

For my personal taxonomy project i have decided to focus on my to other passions in life, music and cars by creating a character to lip sync from inside the car. I started by looking at the taxonomy n folksonomy behind these two subjects as shown in these illustrations. The final illustration is a picture of me created by the names of all the people that have influenced me in my life. For the Stereotypes illustration and the folksonomy of music illustration i asked my flatmates to chose the pictures for what they thought would be a better representation for each word.

Audi r8

I have decided to try and model a decent model of an audi r8 on 3ds max using the blueprints attached, seeing as this is my brothers favourite car and as there is no chance of him actually owning one thought the best thing i can do is give him a decent model of one to have as a screensaver.

character design part 1

Started my first character design on 3d-max, im sure theres going to be a few problems along the way but cant wait to see what the final render will look like.

Day and Night

Just saw the Toy Story 3 film and thought the best part was the pixar short animation called Day and Night played right at the beginning. Even if you dont go and see Toy Story 3, which is a must, you absolutely have to see this short animation.
